Krzysztof Janik - Minister of Interior and Administration - was guest of the Polityka Salon on 30 October. 

The Under the Lizards Club was as usual crowded with people. The minister focused mainly on the security program.

Krzysztof Janik held the view that realization of the current program guaranteed Poland a more effective means of combating gangsters and most of all economic crimes.

He commented also elections. Janik did not want to assess the elections but he wished his old college friend Jacek Majchrowski success in the second phase of elections. (Gazeta Krakowska, 31 October 2002)
