Andrzej Celiński - Minister of Culture attended the meeting but this time he did not faced traditional questions on European Union or economy. He was talking on problem with lack of money on Polish culture moreover he answered some questions regarding necessary reorganizations in culture sector and possible ways of financing them.
Quoting ';Politics" from 6th April 2002 one can say that investing in Polish culture without implementing reforms is irresponsible. Polish culture is one of the sectors where nothing was changed in the course of time. Moreover this sector underestimates the necessity of economic changes and political transformation.
